Hotel Hampton by Hilton Kalisz will become part of the development and will benefit from nearly 100 guest rooms, conference halls, a fitness center, SPA and swimming pool.

In CALISIA ONE complex there will also be an underground car park available for all.

Calisia ONE is among one of the first office buildings in Poland, where refurbishment works take into consideration the rigorous criteria of the BREEAM International Certification Scheme (Breeam International Non-domestic Refurbishment) for buildings undergoing revitalization.

ARCHITECTS

An architectural design of the CALISIA ONE building was prepared by the MODO Architecture studio. The interior design of the lobby and staircases was created thanks to the cooperation of MODO with the studio Jeske Design Plus and Ms Aleksandra Adamczyk.

The architects’ experience together with their high design standards made it possible for the building to be restored to its former glory and, at the same time, to create a quintessentially elegant place with a unique modern urban feel.
